An Experimental Study on the Application of Step-by-Step Teaching Mode in Middle School Volleyball Teaching

This paper uses the method of literature materials, interviews, experiments, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, adopts the method of experimental grouping, uses the "stepped" teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode to teach volleyball to junior high school students, and compares the effects of teaching. To verify the advantages of the "stepped" teaching mode. Results: The "stepped" teaching mode can better improve junior high school students' interest in volleyball learning; the "stepped" teaching mode can significantly improve students' volleyball skills, and the improvement effect is significantly better than the traditional teaching mode; the "stepped" teaching mode is basically the same as the traditional teaching mode in improving the physical quality of junior high school students. Conclusion: The "stepped" teaching mode is an important method to improve the technical ability of volleyball in middle school students. In the future, this mode should be selectively used in teaching, which will bring greater help to the improvement of the teaching effect of middle school volleyball.
