Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy

1. Open Access Statement

All journals published by BONI FUTURE DIGITAL PUBLISHING CO., LIMITED that Gold Open Access. Each article, before online publication, will be agreed to and signed by all authors under an Open Access agreement to ensure their rights.
This means that all published articles are freely and permanently available online for readers worldwide.

2. General Information on APCs for Authors

To ensure the high-quality management and publication of open-access content, Article Processing Charges (APCs) are applied only to papers accepted after peer review.
These charges cover all costs associated with editorial management, peer review administration, professional editing and formatting, online hosting, archiving, indexing, and long-term digital preservation.

Standard APC: USD 550 per accepted article, each accepted article is assigned a unique identification number. While an article may have multiple authors, APC are payable only once per article. (excluding commission or transaction fees).

There are no submission fees, no surcharges for article length, figures, or supplementary materials.

Rejected papers incur no fees.

3. What the APC Covers

The APC includes, but is not limited to, the following services:

Manuscript triage and peer review coordination.

Editorial assistance and communication with reviewers and authors.

Copy-editing, typesetting, and conversion into digital formats (PDF, XML, HTML).

DOI registration and metadata dissemination.

Website hosting, archiving, and indexing in academic databases.

Continuous platform maintenance and digital preservation.

Marketing and communication to promote visibility and citation of published articles.

4. APC Discounts

BONI FUTURE is committed to promoting global open-access research.
We offer APC discount for:

1) Editorial Board Members and Reviewers

2) Other Status

5. Funding of APCs

Authors may use research grants, institutional funds, or external sponsorships to cover APCs.
Many funding agencies support open-access publishing costs; authors are encouraged to consult their funding bodies regarding APC coverage.

6. Accepted Currencies and Taxes

Payments are accepted in USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY or other currencies
Applicable taxes or transfer fees (if required by local regulations) are the responsibility of the payer.

Please note that if payment is made in a non-USD currency, the equivalent value in that currency must be paid.

Invoices are issued by BONI FUTURE DIGITAL PUBLISHING CO., LIMITED upon article acceptance.

8. Ethical and Administrative Principles

The editorial decision-making process is entirely independent of the authors’ ability to pay.
APC payments are requested only after acceptance and have no influence on peer review outcomes.
