Abstract

With the continuous development of the digital economy, the technological applications and job competency requirements of the digital media industry are constantly changing. Traditional teaching models have gradually shown deficiencies in updating course content, cultivating practical skills, and adapting talent cultivation. As an important way to deepen industry-education integration, teachers' enterprise practice plays a positive role in the teaching reform of the digital media technology major. Focusing on the relationship between teachers' enterprise practice and professional teaching reform, this article analyzes its promoting role in improving teachers' abilities, updating course content, innovating teaching methods, and reforming talent cultivation models. It also discusses practical problems such as insufficient depth of teachers' enterprise practice, lagging updating of teaching resources, and imperfect school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms. Specific implementation paths are proposed from the aspects of practice mechanism construction, course content optimization, project-driven teaching, and school-enterprise collaborative education.
