Abstract

How to strengthen the training of teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship education ability in colleges and universities, the synergy theory has opened up a new research perspective for us.Based on the connotation, principle and needs of innovative talent training goals of collaborative theory, in the training of teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship education ability in colleges and universities, a collaborative and effective training system should be built from six aspects: training management system, training subject, training object, training content, training method and training assessment and evaluation, so as to accurately improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education ability of university teachers.
