Abstract

Under the background of big data era, higher requirements are put forward for enterprise human resource management mode and concept. However, in the process of enterprise human resource management innovation and change, there are a series of problems, which have formed a certain obstacle to the development of the current enterprise human resource management reform. This paper analyzes the problems faced by the reform of enterprise human resource management in the era of big data, and puts forward several effective strategies for the innovation and reform of enterprise human resource management, and then promotes the efficient development of enterprise human resource management reform.
