Abstract

Under the background of the rapid development of China's higher education, the class teachers are mostly young teachers with higher education level. How young teachers use their knowledge and ability to do a good job as class teachers is the focus of the school and teachers. This paper analyzes the advantages of young teachers, discusses the support provided by colleges and universities from various angles, and expounds the key points of young teachers' strategies to cultivate students' professional interest, with a view to providing some good suggestions.
