Abstract

Laboratory safety management is essential for teaching, research, and experimentation in higher education institutions. As local undergraduate colleges intensify practical teaching efforts, the frequency of laboratory use increases, highlighting the growing challenge of managing hazardous chemicals. This paper analyzes the issues in hazardous chemical management at local undergraduate institutions based on actual conditions and experiences, and proposes strategies and recommendations to improve such management.
