Abstract

With the rapid development of automobile industry technology and the continuous change in market demand, the traditional education mode has made it difficult to meet the demand for highly skilled automobile professionals. In this context, optimizing middle and higher vocational education articulation mode has become the key to improving the effect of talent cultivation and meeting the development needs of the industry. This paper analyzes the challenges that exist in the talent cultivation mode of automobile professionals in the articulation of middle and higher vocational education and discusses the strategies to improve the quality of education, cope with the technological update of the automobile industry and the market changes, meet the demand for high-skilled talents in the automobile industry, and promote the sustainable development of automobile professional education through the innovation of talent cultivation modes such as clarifying the objectives of segmented cultivation, reconstructing the segmented curriculum system, promoting dual-teacher system and sharing of teachers, and constructing the training bases by cooperation between schools and enterprises—the sustainable development of automobile professional education.
